These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chicken Barn (app ID: com.Chicken.vBarn), including all related content, features, and services. By installing or playing the game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Chicken Barn for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include:

3. User Conduct

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
Chicken Barn may offer virtual currency (coins), in-game items, or other digital goods. These virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the game. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google's own terms and billing policies.
5. Advertisements
The app may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. By using the app, you agree to the display of advertisements as part of the free-to-play experience.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Chicken Barn — including but not limited to graphics, characters, sounds, music, text, and game mechanics — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Chicken Barn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Chicken Barn, including loss of game progress, virtual items, or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chicken Barn at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease.
